Finding Narratives In Hiking Boots

I draw inspiration from my surroundings and experiences, whether that be a trip as grand as exploring a National Park or something of a smaller scale like a new coffee shop down the street. I believe our environment is influential in shaping our perception of the world and having opportunities to travel and explore continues to broaden my understanding of our planet and human connection. It motivates me to look for unique qualities in the people, cultures, and places I visit. Every person and place has its own story, its own personality, its own quirks, and I enjoy finding that narrative through photography and design.

Getting Personal

I enjoy seeking out opportunities for creative inspiration from design conferences to film festivals, but another priority of mine is staying active. I enjoy setting goals and working towards them in multiple recreational activities including Krav Maga, weightlifting / CrossFit, climbing, skiing, backpacking, and hiking trails with my dog Molly. Outside of those activities, you can likely find me grabbing coffee at my favorite coffee shop or sipping on an IPA at a local brewery with friends.
